FEDs Signal Housing Bubble

The Dallas FEDs are signaling a housing bubble. They are using words that haven't been used since Alan Greenspan was the FED chairman. Exuberance. They cited several reasons for concerns.
Rapidly increasing home prices.
Home prices outpacing rent.
Income falling behind home prices.

Will all these talk of a housing bubble become a self fulfilling prophesy? It certainly is starting to feel that way.
