Homebuyers: have you lost your search drive?
Keep getting shot down by seller after seller?
Has the spice gone out from your search life?
If you’re struggling to get your offer up, you may have lowball disorder.

I’m Mac with Albert Rogers Realty here in Castro Valley California.

Lowball disorder usually begins with a mild case of Zillow fever.
Before you know it, you’ll be online saving so many homes people will start a church in your honor.

Lowball disorder is highly contagious.
All it takes is one bad Zestimate or the uniformed opinion of a friend, relative, or co-worker to spread the disease.

As symptoms progress, everything will seem overpriced.
If you’ve been making advances on multiple properties, be sure to have regular screenings with your agent to make sure you haven’t contracted lowball disorder.

Despite what the name might imply, lowball disorder does not discriminate on the basis of gender.

I’m Mac with Albert Rogers Realty. If you’re thinking of buying or selling, don't be like this guy. Contact me today and let’s talk about reducing your risk of lowball disorder.
